Account Manager (Futures and Options)

What will your job look like?
Tickmill is looking to hire an Account Manager that will be introducing our Futures and Options products to our existing and potential clients!
Responsibilities:
  1. Engage with existing and prospective customers in more than 200 countries daily.
  2. Promote the company’s financial products and services to existing and prospective customers.
  3. Achieve daily and monthly KPIs through contacting clients via phone, emails, and other communication channels.
  4. Successfully develop business relationships with existing and prospective clients and partners.
  5. Keep up to date with the financial markets and communicate these to clients.
  6. Support the growth of our Futures and Options Products, by providing a timely and high quality of service.
  7. Work with an excellent team of professionals with a deep understanding of the market.
Requirements:
  1. 1 -2 years previous working experience in the Financial Services.
  2. Deep understanding of financial products and ETDs such as Futures & Options.
  3. Excellent command of English language, both written and oral.
  4. Computer literate, good capacity of Microsoft Office applications.
  5. HND or University Degree in any field.
  6. Experience and knowledge of additional languages will be advantageous.
  7. Self-motivated and results oriented.
  8. Outstanding negotiation & communication skills.
  9. Organized, diligent, and detail-oriented.
  10. Positive can-do attitude.
  11. High level of work ethic.
  12. Excellent team player.

It is also important to mention, that the Client Services Specialist will be required to work on public holidays on a rotation.
