We are looking for an Activation Officer to join our team in South Africa!
As an Activation Officer, you will have a key role in onboarding our clients, helping them on various matters from registration to first-time deposits. The Activation Officer will handle all client queries via emails and phone calls, while assisting the team daily with any other queries needed regarding this region.

Responsibilities:
  1. Calling and assisting South African office clients daily, to complete their registrations.
  2. Assisting South African office clients with FTD (first time deposits).
  3. Handling all South African client queries via emails and phone calls for Tickmill Group.
  4. Dealing with introducing brokers and the successful onboarding of their clients.
  5. Identifying other business development and growth opportunities for the SA office.
Requirements:
  1. Excellent command of the English Language.
  2. Not intimidated by targets or client deference.
  3. Previous working experience in the Financial Services in a similar position.
  4. Outstanding negotiation & communication skills.
  5. Persuasive, self-motivated, results oriented and persistent.
  6. Highly resilient coupled with the ability to work independently.
  7. Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-moving environment.
  8. Flexible to work on Public holidays/weekends if required.
