How your job would look like

At Tickmill, you will be someone who matters and has a chance to put IT software into work for both internal and external clients. You will be working with the latest business trends and industry practices in mind.

As a business analyst, you will be passionate about ensuring that our customers, both internal and external, are happy with the solutions our IT has built.
  1. Mapping business and user needs.
  2. Analysing business input and creating business requirements and specifications. 
  3. Engaging with business heads to research and understand their needs.
  4. Providing further amendments and business insight throughout development projects. 
  5. Perform competitor analysis.
  6. Prepare business cases backed with data driven analysis.
  7. Collaboration with delivery team.
  8. Modelling for visual representation.
  1. Bachelor’s degree in a related subject.
  2. Previous work experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, Subject Matter Expert or User Experience Specialist for minimum of 2 years.
  3. Previous experience within derivatives industry.
  4. Exposure to CRM (Salesforce/Sugar/Pipedrive/HubSpot) administration/maintenance. 
  5. Experience in Client Portal user experience design.
  6. Understanding of IT software development cycles. 
  7. Familiarity with various business, project management and IT methodologies. 
  8. Organized, diligent and detail oriented.
  9. Ability to work in a high-pressure and fast-moving environment.
  10. Transparent Team player.
  11. Excellent knowledge of the English Language both written and oral.
Not required but will be considered as advantage:
  1. Bachelor and/or master’s in business administration or Marketing and related disciplines.
