Tickmill is looking to hire a Business Development Manager that will be responsible in building the business in the United Kingdom!

  1. Build the business in the UK.
  2. Promote business in local industry-specific forums.
  3. Meet monthly business development targets as set forth by the management.
  4. Handle phone calls, e-mails, live customer chat.
  5. Analyze marketing trends and track competitors, activities and provide valuable inputs for fine-tuning operational & marketing strategies.
  6. Organize training, seminars, webinars if needed.
  7. Representing business in key B2B and B2C trade fairs.
  8. Perform administrative and development functions to start up and manage business.
  9. Assist marketing department to adapt global marketing strategies to local market (create new promotions, landing pages, products, and features).
  10. Directly report to the Global Head of Business Development.
  1. Previous working experience in the Financial Services in a similar position.
  2. Experience in a similar role with futures and options products will be considered as a strong advantage.
  3. Excellent knowledge of the English Language, both written and oral.
  4. Have an ability to work on own initiative.
  5. Self-motivated and results oriented.
  6. Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
  7. Outstanding negotiation & communication skills.
  8. Organized, diligent, and detail-oriented.
