What will your job look like?
The successful candidate will need to handle all client queries via live chats, emails and phone calls for the Tickmill group; and any other duty assigned by the ETD Client Services department.

The Client Services Specialist will also be required to process appropriate verification procedures according to client classifications, as well as been the first point of contact for existing clients and assist internally all other departments according to their needs.
  1. 1-year experience in ETDs Client Services position in a regulated financial services company is a Must.
  2. Excellent knowledge of the English Language both written and oral, is a Must.
  3. Bachelor’s degree or similar in Economics will be considered an advantage.
  4. Organized, diligent and detail oriented.
  5. Computer literate, good capacity of Microsoft Office applications.
  6. Professionalism, work ethic, Self-motivation and a Team player.
  7. Positive can-do attitude.
  8. Willingness to do morning and afternoon shifts on a weekly basis.
  9. Flexible to work on Public holidays, on rotation.
  10. Working Hours on rotation are 07:00-16:00 (1 hr. lunch break) & 12:30 – 21:30 (1 hr. lunch break).
  11. Working Dates are from Monday - Friday.
Not required but will be considered as advantage:
  1. Good understanding and experience with financial products and ETDs such as Futures & Options.
