What will your job look like?
The ideal candidate would have 1-3 years of experience in administering Sugar/HubSpot or similar and a proactive attitude towards enhancing and improving the system. The CRM Administrator will work under our Product Management team alongside the Development and Support teams.
  1. Excellent knowledge of the English Language both written and oral, is Necessary
  2. Professionalism and work ethic, Self-motivation and a Desire to succeed
  3. 1 - 3 years of experience in a similar position or related field is a Must
  4. To configure, develop and support a complex and large CRM system
  5. Providing application users with support, answering queries
  6. The continued enhancement of the current configuration and architectural design of the system
  7. To be pro-active in suggesting improvements to the configuration of the system, or new tools or ways of working
  8. To work within schedules and deadlines to agreed business priorities
  9. Work closely with the stakeholders to recommend and agree technological solutions to meet business reqs
