CRM Administrator
The ideal candidate would have 1-3 years of experience in administering Sugar/HubSpot or similar and a proactive attitude towards enhancing and improving the system. The CRM Administrator will work under our Product Management team alongside the Development and Support teams.
Responsibilities:
  1. To configure, develop and support a complex and large CRM system
  2. Providing application users with support, answering queries
  3. The continued enhancement of the current configuration and architectural design of the system
  4. To be pro-active in suggesting improvements to the configuration of the system, or new tools or ways of working
  5. To work within schedules and deadlines to agreed business priorities
  6. Work closely with the stakeholders to recommend and agree technological solutions to meet business reqs
Requirements:
  1. 1-3 years of work experience in administering Sugar/HubSpot or similar
  2. Excellent knowledge of the English Language
  3. Attention to detail
  4. Ability to work under pressure
  5. Transparent team player
  6. Team spirit, high motivation, high initiative, punctuality, stress resistance and genuine interest in financial markets
