What will your job look like?
The successful candidate will need to handle all client queries via live chats, emails and phone calls.
Responsibilities:
  1. Providing Customer Support on Exchange Traded Derivatives to new and existing clients
  2. Process appropriate verification procedures according to client classifications.
  3. Be the first point of contact for existing clients
  4. Cooperate with and assist colleagues from other departments according to the need
Requirements:
  1. Excellent knowledge of the English Language
  2. 1+ year experience in a Customer Support position in a regulated financial services company
  3. Deep Understanding and experience with financial products such as Futures & Options
  4. Computer literate, good capacity of Microsoft Office applications
  5. Professionalism, work ethic, Self-motivation and a Team player
  6. Positive can-do attitude
  7. Organized, diligent and detail oriented
  8. Willingness to do morning and afternoon shifts on a weekly basis
  9. Flexible to work on Public holidays on rotation
  10. Working Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00 and 14:00 – 22:00
  11. Extra knowledge of any other language (Italian, Spanish, French, German, etc.) will be considered as an advantage
  12. College or university degree will be considered as an advantage
