We are currently recruiting for an Group Reconciliation Officer to join our team. We are looking for a team player with an eye for detail and eagerness to learn new things.

You will be responsible for monitoring and performing the reconciliation of clients´s funds.
  1. Performing the reconciliation of clients’ funds on a daily basis in Reconciliation system;
  2. Monitoring of various Banks and Payment Methods’ balances on a daily basis;
  3. Preparing various daily/weekly/monthly reports, related to clients’ funds and balances;
  4. Performing clients’ data reconciliation, confirming that adequate funds are kept segregated to cover clients’ balances in accordance with regulations;
  5. Monitoring of correct workflow (deposit/withdrawal process in internal system) and responsibility to investigate and resolve any discrepancies on a timely manner;
  6. Communication and coordination with various departments within the Company and third parties for issue resolution;
  7. Assisting the Line Manager with daily tasks if required;
  8. Support the rest of Reconciliation Team with ad hoc requests and routine duties.
  1. University Degree in Accounting, Finance, or another related field;
  2. Minimum 2 years of work experience in reconciliation, accounting, financial services or similar;
  3. Excellent knowledge of the English Language;
  4. Be able to demonstrate experience in various computer programs;
  5. Excellent time-management skills: comfortable working in a high-pressure environment and working to strict deadlines;
  6. Excellent communication and monitoring skills: very strong attention to details;
  7. Be articulate, numerate, organized and hard working;
  8. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel;
  9. Excellent team player
