Head of ETD Client Services

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and manage the client services team to provide the highest levels of client support.
  2. Build strong client relationships at the highest level.
  3. Personally, to lead Key Client Relationships.
  4. Seek and develop client development opportunities.
  5. Setting KPIs for the client services team.
  6. Assist the Head of ETD Sales & Trading on daily tasks.
  7. Ongoing training of client services team and any other department, on listed derivatives products.
  8. Contribute on improvement of client journey.
  9. Coordinating marketing, sales and client services efforts based on customers’ needs.
  10. And any other duty assigned by the Head of ETD Sales and Trading.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum of 5 years in progressively responsible Customer Services, Sales and Business Development roles in the field of ETD or other derivative products.
  2. A strong understanding of market and competitor trends with a good understanding of the legal and regulatory framework of derivatives.
  3. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate well at all levels within Tickmill and externally with different profiles of Clients (retail and institutional).
  4. Degree in Finance or Business or Sales& Marketing field.
  5. Leadership Skills and a holistic customer support vision.
  6. High level of integrity and dependability.
  7. Ability to work in a high-pressure and fast-moving global and multi-language environment.
  8. Excellent team player, able to interact effectively with various functions within the company.
  9. Flexible to work on UK Public holidays, on rotation.
  10. Shift working Hours 07:00-16:00 (1 hr. lunch break) & 12:00 – 20:00 on rotation / Monday – Friday.
Not required but will be considered as advantage:
  1. Bi-lingual skills due to multi-jurisdictions.
  2. Previous experience in Derivatives, FX, CFDs brokerage or banking industry.
  3. Personal trading experience with ETD products or exchange traded products in general.
  4. Experience with mainstream front-end platforms covering ETD products.
  5. Good knowledge of HubSpot CRM.
