Who we are looking for?
We are looking for an experienced Head of Operations to organize and oversee the daily operations of our group of companies. You will be the one to ensure that our business is well-coordinated and productive by managing its procedures and work processes, enhancing interdepartmental efficient cooperation. The area of responsibility for this role is very wide and thus requires thorough knowledge of various company processes. The ideal candidate must be competent and able to plan many different kinds of operational activities. He/She must be an excellent leader who can discover the most efficient ways to run the business. The goal is to safeguard and augment the efficiency of the company’s operations to facilitate accelerating development and long-term success while being in full compliance with rules and regulations.
Responsibilities:
  1. Liaise with senior management to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals
  2. Enhance operational procedures, systems and principles to maximize productivity and performance.
  3. Analyze current operational processes and performance, recommending and implementing solutions for improvement when necessary.
  4. Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth progress
  5. Supervise staff from different departments and provide constructive feedback
  6. Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements
  7. Manage and coordinate resources allocation
  8. Oversee customer support processes and organize them to enhance customer satisfaction
  9. Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability
  10. Revise and/or formulate policies and promote their implementation
  11. Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors
  12. Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
  13. Oversee documentation of all operations to ensure efficient workflow.
  14. Uphold organization policies and standards, ensuring regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience as Head of Operations or equivalent position.
  2. Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
  3. Outstanding communication and people skills.
  4. Knowledge of industry’s legal rules and guidelines.
  5. In depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles.
  6. Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics.
  7. Familiarity with MS Office and various business software (e.g. ERP, CRM).
  8. BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; MSc/MA will be a plus.
  9. Experience in financial services is considered as an advantage.
  10. Excellent written/verbal communication skills in English.
  11. Good analytical skills.
