What will your job look like?
At Tickmill, you will be someone who matters and has a chance to put IT software into work for both internal and external clients. You will be working with the latest business trends and industry practices in mind. As a business analyst, you will be passionate about ensuring that our customers, both internal and external, are happy with the solutions our IT has built.
Responsibilities:
  1. Mapping business and user needs
  2. Analysing business input and creating business requirements and specifications
  3. Engaging with business heads to research and understand their needs
  4. Providing further amendments and business insight throughout development projects
  5. Research competitor technologies and business practices’
  6. Collaboration with IT Department to develop technical requirements and functional business specifications
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in a related subject
  2. 2-3 years of Business Analyst role experience
  3. Exposure to CRM (Salesforce/Sugar/Pipedrive/HubSpot) administration/maintenance
  4. Experience in Client Portal user experience design
  5. Understanding of IT software development cycles
  6. Familiarity with various business, project management and IT methodologies
  7. Attention to detail
  8. Ability to work under pressure
  9. Transparent team player
  10. Excellent command of the English language
