What will your job look like?
As a payment specialist you will have a key role in ensuring a fast and efficient payment service to our Clients. Our ideal candidates are self-motivated individuals, willing to deal with transactions in various currencies while handling clients' payment enquiries. We are looking for a team player with an eye for detail and eagerness to learn new things.
Responsibilities:
  1. Processing incoming and outgoing payments via various payment methods on a daily basis
  2. Identify improvements and suggest solutions for the system and daily processes, communicating these to the Head of Payments
  3. Investigate and resolve various payment related matters and assisting clients regarding payment related questions
  4. Communicating with payment system providers and third party vendors
  5. Assisting the Line Manager with daily tasks if required
  6. Support the rest of the Payments Team with ad hoc requests and routine duties
Requirements:
  1. Minimum 2 years of work experience in payments, financial services or similar
  2. Excellent knowledge of the English Language
  3. Be able to demonstrate experience in various computer programs
  4. Client-focused approach to work
  5. Be able to deliver against time pressured deadlines
  6. Be articulate, numerate, organised, hard working and able to build relationships
  7. Excellent team player
  8. Attention to detail and love for numbers
Not required but will be considered as advantage:
  1. University degree in finance
  2. Previous experience on a similar field in the FX industry
