QA Engineer

What will your job look like?

The successful candidate will need to review business requirements, produce project specifications and technical design documents. Will need to work closely with software developers and product managers to compose and perform various manual tests on existing functionalities as well as future software features. Identify, record and document bugs; Compose test plans, test cases and procedures and introduce new testing strategies, testing tools and quality assurance metrics.
Requirements:
  1. Excellent knowledge of the English Language
  2. Professionalism and work ethic, self-motivation and a desire to succeed
  3. Minimum of two (2) years of previous work experience in Software Quality Assurance
  4. Knowledge of Software QA methodologies with experience in documenting test plans and test cases
  5. Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence
  6. Experience in defining acceptance criteria
  7. Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
  8. An ability to work with short deadlines and under pressure
  9. Previous experience within FX Industry in a similar role will be considered as an advantage
  10. Experience with Agile/Scrum Methodology will be considered as an advantage
  11. Experience with Test Automation Software will be considered as an advantage
