Team Leader of Sales Department

Responsibilities:
  1. Make sure that staff are all working towards the target for the day and that excellent customer care standards are met always
  2. Training the Sales team on a monthly or weekly basis, with an overall goal to increase the retails side of the business
  3. Create and achieve KPIs in line with monthly, quarterly and yearly KPI targets
  4. Conduct the Induction Training Program for every new employee of the Sales department
  5. Sort and present performance/figures reports for the team on monthly basis
  6. Monitoring the Activation dept. team’s calls, progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
  7. Create a daily report for Activation department
  8. Allocate leads manually on daily basis for the Activation department team equally on both CRMS
  9. Coordinating with Marketing and Assisting in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events when needed
  10. Coordinating and following up with IT department for CRM issues/developments to enhance the use of our CRM
  11. Assisting in generating reports for Country Managers when needed
  12. Coordinate with the GHBD to improve structure and process between departments within the Business Development or with other departments
  13. Ability to work on own initiative, expand and generate new business
  14. Ability to work in a high-pressure and fast-moving environment
Requirements:
  1. Excellent knowledge of the English Language both written and oral, is a Must
  2. Previous working experience in the Financial Services in a similar position, is a Must
  3. Understanding and experience with financial products and ETDs such as Futures & Options, will be considered an advantage
  4. College or university degree is a Must
  5. Outstanding negotiation & communication, strong & Enthusiastic personality and problem-solving skills
  6. Organized, diligent and detail oriented
  7. Computer literate, good capacity of Microsoft Office applications
  8. Professionalism, work ethic, Self-motivation and a Team player
  9. Positive can-do attitude
  10. Flexible to work on Public holidays on rotation
  11. Working Hours 09:00-18:00 (1 hr. lunch break) Monday - Friday
