  1. Create clear, organized external and internal documents for stakeholders.
  2. Follow standards and protocols for project documentation.
  3. Maintain stylistic, notational, and organizational standards to unify communications.
  4. Develop user-facing tutorials and documentation to improve the customer experience.
  5. Edit existing content to conform to relevant standards and maximize clarity.
  6. Plan future content in collaboration with management to maintain consistency and high-quality for future documentation.
  1. C2 Proficiency in English.
  2. Previous experience in a similar position.
  3. An ability to work with short deadlines and under pressure.
  4. Professionalism and work ethic, Self-motivation, and a Desire to succeed.
  5. Experience in using tools such as Confluence and Jira.
