Windows platform

Standalone Windows platform will re-login automatically, no actions are required from you.

iPhone and Android platforms

Tickmill iPhone and Android platform clients who registered before January 1, 2015, will need to re-login to their live trading accounts using Tickmill-Live server.

To re-login please follow the steps listed below:

  • Open MetaTrader 4 app on your mobile device.
  • Go to main menu and choose “Accounts”. There you should be able to see your existing trading account(s).
  • Click on the “+” sign and then choose “Login with existing account”.
  • In the search field type “Tickmill” and click next.
  • You will see two records: “Tickmill-DemoUK” and “Tickmill-Live”. Please make sure to choose “Tickmill-Live”.
  • You will be requested to Login.
  • Please enter your Live trading account number as “Login” followed by its password.
  • Please use your existing login and password.
  • In case you have more than one account to add, repeat steps 3-6 for each trading account you have.

Forgot your password?

In case you forget your password, please send a “password reset request” to our support team (support@tickmill.com) from the same email address that you use in our system and provide the number(s) of the account(s) you will like to reset password for. Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience that this update may cause.
